As a Physician, Biologist, and Scientist my wish is for people to understand their pathology and its roots, ties, and links. There are extraordinary medical resources, guidelines, and communities available within so many different online platforms often difficult for laymen to decipher and distil. In an ideal world, all these resources would be tailored to you, unfortunately this is not the real-world of information. The management of medical information, is at best at your finger-tips in a web browser, automated robot, or generic medical search engine heavily weighted with medical jargon. In Anaesthetic practice this practice of counsel risk stratification and patient optimization is called Perioperative Medicine. Through an integrative medicine approach, I title this practice Peri-Existere Medicine whereby we consider the panoramic and holistic view of the individual. The virtual clinic is a work in progress not yet live as I currently remain 100% dedicated and focused on my hospital-based practice of patient care. At present I am offering only education fact sheets, infographics, medical society website links, article reviews, and wellness travel experiences through literature. Biofeedback technology integrates a comprehensive review of overall wellness in the context of cellular energy, immunity, and detoxification. This high-tech biofeedback technology has been used for astronauts and it addresses a broad range of performance. Eventually this modality of holistic body review will also be offered including natural excipient free health and home products from PRL Premier Research Labs in Texas.
